Chattambinadu is the title of the movie that Mammootty will do with director Shafi and scenarist Benny P Nayarambalam. He will start shooting for the film after he completes Ranjith’s Paleri Manikyam.
Chattambinadu is being produced by Mammootty’s own production house, Play House. Shafi and Benny were planning a movie called Mallanam Mathevanum but decided to go ahead with Chattambinadu. The shooting of the movie will start at Pollachi. Mammootty will be using a peculiar slang with a Kannada tone. The film will also feature Mukesh in an important role and there will be three heroines in it.
Meanwhile, Mammootty’s next release will be Daddy Cool, directed by debutant Aashiq Abu. The film will hit the cinemas on July 31.
